Taps CON is owned solely by Brent Fair and is Founded an Managed with Nancy Planeta. The two are responsible for the overall creation, operations and decisions made in regards to the convention.

There are many other people that help Taps CON function, however the majority of everything operations wise, is handled by Brent and Nancy.

Taps Con is ran under the business name (DBA) "Taps Family Taps CON" or "TFTC". The venture is a legal entity registered with the state of Florida and department of taxation and revenue. A business tax ID number is available by request to qualifying requesting parties.
