Q: What should I expect to do upon arrival to the convention?

If you are a Primary VIP package holder:
Check in with the hotel lobby (guest services) to register for your room. You must present valid I.D. to check in. A credit card will need to be placed on hold IF you plan on making incidental charges to the room (such as pay-per-view, long distance calls etc.. When you are done checking into your room, you will enter the promenade area past the lobby and register with Taps CON. There will be stations setup where Taps CON staff will check you into the convention and issue you the proper credentials for the weekend. After that, you may enter the convention areas and enjoy!

If you are an "Add-on" VIP package holder:
Proceed to the promenade area past the lobby and register with Taps CON. There will be stations setup where Taps CON staff will check you into the convention and issue you the proper credentials for the weekend. After that, you may enter the convention areas and enjoy!

If you are a general admission holder:
the promenade area past the lobby and register with Taps CON. There will be stations setup where Taps CON staff will check you into the convention and issue you a hand stamp for admission per day. After that, you may enter the convention areas and enjoy!
