GOLD PACKAGES

Buy purchasing a Gold Package of any kind, you hereby read, understand and agree to the following:

The Gold Package Primary and Add-ON are very similar in content except for the Primary includes 2 nights lodging and the Add-On does not.

Both Gold Packages (Primary & Add-On) include what is listed on this page and this page only. If is not listed here, it is not included.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, particiate or be included in any Gold Package experiences. Persons under 18 years of age will not be admitted to any of the Gold Package events or inclusions.

When purchasing a Gold Package Primary you may, if you wish, purchase up to 3 add-on packages for friends or family at a lower price. These add-on packages allow up to 3 of your guests to stay in your room with you, without having to pay the higher Gold Package price. Remember, Add-On packages do not include a room, only the Gold Package benefits and the ability to stay in a Gold Package Primary holders room.

Gold Package Add-On's cannot be purchased alone. They must be purchased after a Primary Gold Package has been purchased. The Gold Package Add-On's must be purchased by the same person who purchased the Primary Gold Package, so that we may associate the packages together.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS whatsoever. By purchasing, you have read the terms listed here and understand what is being offered. You also understand the unless the event is canceled, your purchase will not be refunded to you for any reason.

Packages are non-transferable. You cannot transfer the ownership or registration of your Gold Package(s) to any other person. Once a package is purchased and is registered to an individual, it remains registered to that individual. We will not transfer registered names.

Lodging reservations will be handled by us (TapsCON). Please do not call the Hotel. We will be in touch shortly to register your room. Please be patient.

All incidentals and expenses made by you, that are charged to your room will be billed to you. This includes Pay-Per-View, charged internet access, long distance calls etc.. Your Gold Package is providing a room only, not additional charges.

You may be required to register a credit or debit card with the hotel, to cover incidentals made by you.

Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the convention venue. The shuttle bus runs constantly all weekend from 8AM to 7PM. We are not responsible for providing transportation outside of these times. The convention floor closes at 6PM on each evening, please make sure you catch the shuttle in time to get back to your hotel.

Guests, pricing, programming and schedules at TapsCON are subject to change at anytime.
