Term and conditions of purchase for Taps CON 2008:

By clicking on the "add to cart" buttons within this web site and completing a purchase, you hereby agree to the following:

1. No refunds will be issued after payment is rendered. The only instance of refunding will be in cases of fraud or in the event that Taps CON is canceled. If Taps CON is canceled, you will be given a full refund. All sales are "As-Is" and final.

2. You are not receiving anything via mail for your purchase. You will be retaining your receipt from Pay Pal as proof of purchase. This receipt is your ticket. It needs to be brought to Taps CON and shown to registration. Badges and or admission credentials will be issued upon registration.

3. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Taps CON management reserves the right to adjust the pricing of each admission level. Once a purchase has been made however, we DO honor everything sold in that purchase level description. We will NOT refund differences to persons that paid a previously higher admission price, as compared to a current admission price.
