Special discounts

We do offer discounts to seniors over 65 years of age and to persons active in the United States Military, in addition to U.S. veterans. Individuals qualifying for these discounts will receive $5.00 off of general admission. Persons qualifying for this discount are NOT eligible to purchase a "Speed Pass".

 
Where do I get a receipt for my payment?

If you purchase through PayPal, you will be furnished a receipt through them. You will need to save that confirmation/receipt from PayPal and bring it with your to the convention to gain admittance. Your receipt serves as your ticket.

If you pay by snail mail via money order or personal check, you will be emailed a URL link address to a receipt that you can print out. You will need to print it out and bring it with you as well.

 
Does my admission include lectures and guest speaking?

No. Your admission gets you into the convention floor. Speaking engagements and lectures are reserved for VIP holders only. If you want to attend these, you need to purchase a VIP package.

This is a limited registration event!

The only way to attend the event is to register online. There will only be so many tickets available and we will only be offering them online for a very limited time only. There will be no door admissions or ticket purchases. These tickets will sell out!


Get registered early

After a determined date (December 1, 2007), our early registration period will end and ticket prices will increase. The best way to save, is to get registered early and avoid the increase.


Free official TAPS CON t-shirt!

Be one of the first 100 people to register before December 1, 2007 and you will automatically receive a free "TAPS CON" official T-Shirt to help commemorate your attendance! Payments via snail mail must be post marked before 12/1/07 to be eligible.


Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and e-Check through PayPal. We also accept mail in orders via personal check or money order.


How does registration work?

When you purchase through PayPal, you will be given a order confirmation page as your receipt. You will need to save that page or print it off of your computer. This is required for admittance into the convention. We will also accept other forms of documentation from PayPal confirming your purchase.

Once you arrive at the convention, you will need to show your receipt to the door hosts. They will then pull your name up on the database, confirming that your are a registered attendee. In you go and enjoy after that!

When you purchase with a personal check or money order, you will be issued a receipt URL (internet address) to visit, in which you will be able to print out and use as your receipt. Make sure and print the page out and bring it with you to the event. It will serve as your proof of purchase. We will use it to cross-reference it with the purchase info in our database. This receipt URL will not be issued until after your check or money order is received and your personal check clears (if applicable).

You will be issued a hand stamp for entrance into the convention once your identity is confirmed. VIP and 2 day pass holders will be issued a hard badge, in addition to the hand stamp. Convention lanyards and badge holders are available onsite for $5.


Refund policy

Refunds are only available in the event that the convention is canceled. Refunds will not be given for any other reason.


How many people does one ticket admit?

General admission is good for one person per registration only. This admission is good for admission onto the convention floor area only unless otherwise noted. Multiple tickets can be purchase in advance for groups of 6 or more with our group rates.

What if I lose or forget my receipt before the event?

You will need to provide us with a valid photo I.D. displaying the name of the purchasers full name home address listed on your PayPal account or mailed in registration.

How Much do children cost?

Chilred under 8 are admited free, however must be accompanied by an adult. Children over 8 will need to follow general admission rates.
