Why sell your products and services at Taps CON? Because what you will be displaying will be viewed by thousands of attendees, as they pass by your table. If you put stock into what you are selling, believe it is a profitable and marketable product, then put stock into the fact that selling your goods at this convention will be a hit. General advanced ticket sales to this event indicate that:

Demographics.

The 2008 Taps CON, will see a wide variety of people, ages, cultures and of different interests throughout the weekend. Typically, the average visitor will have a specific interest in paranormal topics, entertainment, science, electronics and metaphysical services. We estimate the average guest to be:

Adult | 23 - 52 years of age | Spending between $60-300 on site

Affordability.

We have created a flat rate for vendor spacing at Taps CON, effective February 6, 2008. A vendor space is defined by one 6 foot folding table, within a virtual perimeter of 8' wide and 8' deep. Additional space can be ordered at a consecutive reduced rate and combined together into the same spacing. Each table (includes 3 chairs) is skirted and each vendor space includes a 6 foot vinyl banner featuring your company's logo.* A standard 110v electrical outlet extension is available for no additional cost, by request.

Flexibility.

You can opt to have your table removed and provide your own means of displaying your items, services or goods, if you choose to. You can do this as long as it is within the special confines of and 8'x8' space. If ordering multiple vendor spaces, you can situate your displays in a 8' deep by 16' wide space, where the width is increased by 8' for each number of vendor spaces you order. The depth of your display area must not exceed 8' deep however. Only the width of your space can increase. Garment racks, glass cases and other fixtures are approved for use in your vendor area but are provided by the vendor and not Taps CON.

Acceptable Goods or Services.

As a vendor at Taps CON, you are authorized to market and sell anything that is cohesive with a paranormal, science, education or entertainment theme. Items falling into those themes could include: equipment / instrumentation, apparel, books, magazines, jewelry, print production, metaphysical services and more. The application process involves us reviewing what you wish to market at Taps CON. If we have any questions regarding the eligibility of your goods or services, we will contact you.

Unacceptable Goods or services.

We will not accept applications from companies or individuals wishing to market offensive, racist, vulgar, adult oriented or illegal items or services. We will also not accept applications from companies wishing to push political or religious agenda's or materials at Taps CON. In addition, we will not approve applications from companies or individuals wishing to market goods or services that are not cohesive to our theme at Taps CON. For instance, we have no interest having baseball card, furniture or rubber tire dealers at our event. Food and beverages are prohibited from being sold from your vendor table as well.
