NOTE ABOUT HOTEL RESERVATIONS

For those persons who purchased the Primary VIP packages, we would first like to thank you for your joining us for this experience. In the coming weeks (by March 15, 2008) you will be contacted personally by our Taps CON Reservation Specialist, to confirm and issue your reservations for your stay at the Belleview Biltmore Resort. Now that all of the packages are sold, we are ready to focus on taking care of our VIP Package holders and squaring away the hotel reservations are our first priority. Please do not email us about your reservations. We will be contacting you before March 15, 2008.

Also please do not contact the Belleview Biltmore to arrange your stay. They are not involved in that process initially and we at Taps CON will take care of everything. If you do not get contacted about your stay by March 15, 2007, please email: stay@tapscon.com to expedite the process!

SELLING OR TRANSFERING YOUR VIP

We are limiting the transferability of the VIP packages because we do not want the task of continually switching name registrations, as the event nears. After April 5, 2008, we cannot honor anymore transfers of VIP packages. Therefore, you cannot technically sell them as the registration will stay in the original name after that date. LECTURE CONFIRMATIONS

We have received a lot of emails by VIP holders inquiring as to whether or not they are registered for the VIP lectures. Here is the general guidelines involving VIP lectures and attendants:

• VIP lectures were full as of 1/3/08

• If you purchased a VIP Package and wished to attend the VIP lectures, you should have registered for them separately, as stated at the time of purchase. All requests were to goto: "lectures@tapscon.com" (closed).

• In order to have been eligible to register for the lectures, you should would have needed to purchase your VIP package before the lectures were full, as posted on January 3, 2008.

• Again, lectures were full as of January 3, 2008. This was posted as such on the web site and omitted from the VIP purchase descriptions the day of the posting. The VIP descriptions were changed to include "public" lectures, as highlighted below.

• If you purchased your VIP package after 1/3/08, your package includes what was displayed. This did not include the VIP lectures but again, does include the public lectures.

• An additional confirmation email will be sent out to the PRIMARY VIP package holder containing the names of the persons that they registered for the lectures. Two confirmation emails were sent out in December and an additional one will be sent out before February 15, 2008.

• If you registered for the lectures by purchasing AND registering for the lectures BEFORE 1/3/08, you will receive a confirmation of your seat(s) in the VIP lectures.
